This is an unlimited plan. Call 611 from your mobile phone or 1-888-944-2355 from a landline for assistance on loading your unlimited plan minutes PIN.

| UNLIMITED PLAN TERMS |
Account MUST be refilled on the day it is set to expire in order to start a new cycle with "x" amount of days, depending on the card denomination. Refilling an account before the expiration date will result in one less day of use. If you do not add a refill card within 7 days from the date of expiration, the account will go into suspended mode, and you need to contact customer service at 888-944-2355 to reinstate it. The system will allow you to add a refill card while the account is suspended, however, the account will not be considered active until you call customer service to reinstate it.
Airvoice and Worldwide Mobile are not responsible for any lost days if the you add a card when the account is in suspended mode and fail to contact Airvoice customer service to reactivate it. AirVoice and Worldwide Mobile will not issue any Credits or Refunds.
The number will be canceled from Airvoice's system if no refill is added to the account after 30 days from the expiration date. You will lose your number and will need to purchase a new Airvoice Unlimited SIM to begin service again.
